Lisa Palfrey
Lisa has been my Technical Assistant for almost two years. Having passed FPC 1,2 and 3 Lisa is able to pay excellent attention to detail and help me produce accurate reports that are specific to your individual needs. Lisa will research the market and then help me prepare for each meeting to ensure that all advice I give you is accurate and based on the current market positions.
Claire Swindell
Claire has been with the team for eighteen months. Claire will phone you regularly to let you know the value of your policies and assess whether we should get together to review your current situation . It could be that everything is fine, however, by contacting you at regular intervals I can be sure we are servicing your policies and that they are working for you in the best way possible. Claire is also responsible for handling my appointments and introducing me to potential new clients, if you have any friends, family or colleagues Claire would be happy to take their details from you and arrange an appointment at the earliest convenience.
